Partner gift cards
Huuray is exclusively a provider of partner gift cards. Partner gift cards are gift cards that are sold via Huuray, but issued by Huuray’s partners such as Zalando, Starbucks, H&M, Primark, Argos, Hotels.com etc. The partner gift card is thus purchased at Huuray, but can only be redeemed at the partner in question.

A partner gift card implies for you as the holder that it is the partner who is responsible for: Redemption of the partner gift card as well as defects in the partner gift card and the products or services for which you may redeem the partner gift card. If the partner goes bankrupt, it is not possible to get a refund or other compensation of the partner gift card value at Huuray.

Cash redemption of partner gift cards must be made at the partner and not Huuray, and is thus subject to the partner’s conditions, etc.

HuurayGiftcard
The HuurayGiftcard is Huuray’s multi-purpose gift card and thus a contracting party and not an intermediary as per the above section on partner gift cards. The gift card can be redeemed for all gift cards, experiences and products on Huuray.com

Sales and delivery
Once you have selected and paid for a gift card, the gift card you have selected will be sent to the recipient by email. If the gift card has not been received, the sender or recipient of the gift card can contact us at support@huuray.com.

Right of withdrawal
When purchasing on Huuray.com, consumer protection legislation always applies. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (a) goods which have been manufactured according to your instructions or which have otherwise been clearly personalised; (b) goods with broken seals which cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene (e.g. (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, swimwear, hair dryers and similar products, razors, electric toothbrushes, scales, heating pads and footbaths); (c) an item that may deteriorate quickly or become obsolete; (d) audio or visual recordings (e.g., videotapes, audio or video cassettes, audio or video cassettes). (e) digital content delivered by means other than a physical medium (e.g. computer software, applications, games, music, gift cards, vouchers, videos or texts where access is by download, instant access or instant play). When purchasing digital products (gift cards from Huuray.com), you agree that delivery will begin upon completion of the purchase.

Validity
Huuray is exclusively the intermediary of partner gift cards, thus if you wish to extend/exchange your gift card for cash, this must be done with the partner, and is thus subject to the partner’s conditions etc.
HuurayGiftcard have an expiry date of 1 year.

Jurisdiction
Any dispute involving Huuray is governed by Danish law at the court of Copenhagen, Denmark - as the first trial court.

Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a gift card, product or service purchased from us, you are welcome to contact us at support@huuray.com You can also submit a complaint directly through the EU Commission’s online complaint portal. When submitting a complaint, you must provide our email address: support@huuray.com.

Graphics & logo’s
You may not use graphics & logo’s and the like from Huuray.com without the permission from Huuray.

Privacy Policy
The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The store will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission. We make the registration of your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you or the recipient. The personal data is registered with Huuray and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. When personal data is collected via our site, we ensure that this is done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed of what data is collected.
